The Return of "HAPPY HOLIDAYS"

Further to the great Chart positions of recent weeks, I'm delighted to announce the return into the Billboard chart of our seasons classic "Happy Holidays"

Happy Holidays, AK 10801 re-entered the Billboard " Top Pop Catalog Albums " chart this week at a stunning # 18 an amazing 1 place higher than its best position in 2001. This with the season only just started.

Its featured ahead of classics like "Def Leppard-Greatest Hits", Celine Dion and just 2 places below the great "Elvis Presley's - It's Christmas Time".

Children sing for Children move up for the third week running, Billboard "Top Independent Albums Chart" - from # 22 to a fantastic # 15.

Billboard "Top Independent Album Chart" - from #34 to an amazing #22.

Billboard "Top Kid Audio Chart" - from #10 to a fantastic #7.

KLG CHART SUCCESS

November 4th. 2002

Further to our 3 Billbooard chart entries last year and coming after the amazing #2 spot in the Billboard "Classical Budget Chart" in July 2002, for our Imperial Classics box set.

I'm delighted to inform you that this week two new Billboard chart entries will be added taking us to last years total, at the start of the Christmas rush.

"Children sing for Children" our Children's Christmas picture disc has just entered the Billboard "Top Kid Audio" chart at an amazing 10th place - placing us in the middle of many Disney items.

At the same time this CD has charted on the Billboard "Top Independent Albums" chart where it entered this week at #34.

All this continues our now well established record of proven products and proven consumer success.

Adding to the trophy's in our IPR catalogues.

Whilst writing this I just received news that our Happy Halloween CD was last weeks #1 seller at a large US department store while our Halloween Thrillers was #4 beating the nearest competition by 50% in units sold.

As always I like to thank all of you who have assisted in creating these successes and those of you who have supported us to get there.

PRESS RELEASE

February 5th 2002

Kuys Leisure Group (KLG) is proud to announce the appointment of Stephen Billyeald as Managing Director of its parent company KLG Holdings Limited.

Stephen who was a previous Managing Director of Ryman Group PLC will take over the day to day running at KLG Holdings Ltd and be responsible for streamlining KLG's businesses and administration. In conjunction with Roger de B. Hovell, Stephen will concentrate on securing equity & debt funding for the Group's further development.

Peter G. Kuys will continue as Group Chairman and focus on strategy, new product lines, marketing and sales whilst maximizing business opportunities as they arise.

KLG's management,under the guidance of Stephen Billyeald will work closely together on merger and acquisition policy. This policy will take the Group to the next phase of its corporate development.

A public platform remains an objective.

Stephen Billyeald comes to KLG after an established business career, in retail and wholesale, commencing at Marks & Spencer.

During his time at Ryman Stephen returned the company to profitability and led the flotation team which took the Group to the public market before its acquisition by Pentos.

Following Ryman he moved with Jennifer d'Abo , the former Ryman Chairman, to the Moyses Stevens Group Ltd as Managing Director.

Stephen's role included acquisition, cost and financial restructure and disposals.

Until recently Stephen was Managing Director of pan European retailer Harriet's House Ltd.

Stephen will be based at the Group's UK finance office in East Grinstead and in line with all Group executives he will be making regular visits to the Group's Dutch and US facilities.
