| The Group has acquired rights to exploit the music catalogue of The Kruger Organisation, Inc. ("TKO"), a company publicly traded in the United States. TKO is a leading company servicing the entertainment industry. |
| With a catalogue of some 4,000 albums and 60,000 individual titles in Classical, Popular, Jazz, Blues, Country and Easy Listening repertoire, Summer Entertainment Licensing, United Audio Entertainment and TKO can offer customers a complete range of lower and mid-price audio product. |
| United Audio Entertainment has a contract with the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society Ltd. ("MCPS"), the UK-based mechanical royalty collection agency, through which the Group accounts for all its mechanical licences. |

| Among its various product assets are the world famous Hot Body video and CD-ROM series as well as some 50 special audio titles and a substantial video catalogue. |
| The Group also has some 280 developed classical titles, many drawn from the distribution rights for a catalogue of classical material from one of the most extensive budget classical "DDD" quality collections available. |
